A high -speed highway confrontation in UTAH took a 27 -year -old man to jail after he allegedly tried to get a tesla out of the road in what the police described as a deliberate and dangerous act of anger on the road.
Oscar Fayani was arrested on Friday morning after the Utah road patrol soldiers say he intentionally hit a tesla while leading at speeds of approximately 100 mph in Interestal 80, according to a affidavit bothered by Ksl.com.
The soldiers were alerted just after 10 in the morning, when several people called 911 reported a gold sedan that drove registered and “furious” with a black tesla.
The witnesses said the sedan was weaving through the lanes, the rear, blocking the vehicles of death and pushing speeds up to 120 mph.

According to the affidavit, a driver told the officers that he had to accelerate 95 MPH just to escape. Tesla’s driver told the soldiers that the Golden Sedan rammed his “on purpose” car and followed him even after he left the highway to escape.

When he returned to the I-80 minutes later, the Tesla driver said the sedan was waiting and tried to push him from the road again.
The soldiers were located and stopped the suspect’s vehicle near the great Saltair. According to the affidavit, it was discovered that Fayani was driving with a revocated license and had two active orders outside the area.
The soldiers recorded the car and, according to the reports, found drug paraphernalia, a marijuana roller and two small bags with a white powder that then testifies cocaine.

According to the affidavit, “duration of the inventory, under the rear seat cushion … two small bags with residues of a white powder substance, consisting of or cocaine or similar use of drugs (they were found (they were found).”
Fayani was admitted to the Tooele County prison and faces several positions, including aggravated assault, which can be improved by anger on the road, driving recklessly, driving with a revocated license, drug possession.
