Paul Juda helped the United States Olympic team to a bronze medal in male artistic gymnastics in Paris last summer and the gain never stopped for the 23 years.

Juda, along with his Olympic partner Fred Richard, helped Michigan’s Wolverines to a national male gymnastics championship on Saturday. Richard and Juda finished first and second, respectively, in everything, giving Michigan the advantage over Stanford.

Juda scored a 13,966 in vault to ensure the national title. The Wolverines were jubilant when the Judah score arrived. Michigan ended Stanford second in the 2024 National Championship.

Michigan followed Oklahoma entering the final and reduced to Juda to help put the Wolverines on the top. Michigan held the victory for only 0.163 points.

Silver 2021’s Pan American Medista had more in mind than just raising a national title. He took the microphone and an important question for the love of his life, Reyna Guggino, “Will you marry me?”

“You make me a better man, a better person,” Juda said before kneeling.

Guggino, crying, said “yes” and she also received a ring.

Guggino is also a gymnast in Michigan. She was part of the 2021 National Championship team and was the second gymnast in the history of NCAA to start a rotation with a perfect 10.
