A main Democrat refuted statements that ignored the correspondence of a constituent whose son was kidnapped by the Venezuelan army while publicly legalized by Salvadoran athlete Kilmar Abrego García.

Senator Patty Murray, D-Wash. – Who, until the Republicans resumed the Senate, was the third in the presidency line, told Fox News Digital through a spokesman on Monday my Scott St. Clair correspondence record as help for his imprisoned son.

“Our office has no registration of a consultation of the St. Clair family; however, our staff is ready and willing to help support Joseph’s return, however possible,” said Murray spokesman, after Fox News Digital asked about St. Clair’s comments to Ktth Radio Jason Rantz, in which the father said “nothing” in Murray’s response.

“We will work to get in touch directly with the family,” said Murray spokesman, and adding the constitutional service is a “priority.”

Joseph St. Clair, a veteran of the War of Afghanistan of four shifts from Hansville, Washington, disappeared for the first time in November while receiving treatment with PTSD in Colombia.

In February, his father received a call from the Colombian Consulate who had the neighboring Venezuelan dictator, Nicolás Maduro, the regime to have rehénes tasks.

As for his defense of Abbego García, his office said Murray “is also committed to protecting the fundamental right to due process in the United States, and will not shy away the dangerous efforts of the Trump administration to undermine the rule of law.”

On Thursday, Murray retweeted Senator Chris van Hollen, D-Md., Photo with Abrego García in El Salvador, writing: “We are with you, Senator Van Hollen.”

“In the United States, we do not send people to foreign prisons for life without trial or due process. We will continue to fight. It’s about protecting our democracy,” he continued.

He also released a video saying that the Trump administration “abruptly started Garcia from the streets.”

“They admitted that this deportation was a mistake. Now the president is trying to pretend that he has no power to bring him back from one of the most horrible prisons in the world. This is not American. It is Murray Sair. It is illegal.

Rantz criticized Murray’s tweet, saying that while “pretends to take care of an illegal immigrant from El Salvador, he is ignoring the father of an US USAF veterinarian who was kidnapped by Maduro’s regime in Venezuela.”

Another figure of Seattle, Jonathan Choe of the Discovery Institute, reported Murray’s comments about Abrego García, and then the difficult situation of St. Claires, commenting on X, “make it meaning.” Several other people criticized the senator in X for the situation, while a hostage help group reimpressed part of Rantz’s report on the matter.

Scott St. Clair told Rantz that his son was a hero along with several other Americans to whom President Donald Trump Ric Grenelll was able to take home a meeting of January 31 with Maduro.

Joseph St. Clair’s military credentials originally caught the attention of Venezuelans, his father said.

Another envoy of Trump, Adam Boehler, contacted the family to help them, and Secretary of State Marco Rubio officially appointed Joseph St. Clair “poorly arrested.”

Rantz shared apparent screenshots of the alleged attempts of Scott St. Clair to contact Murray, before “a senator of another state would accept to intervene.” That legislator turned out to be Sen. Eric Schmitt, R-MO., To whom Fox News Digital communicated to comment.

Scott St. Clair seemed to reach Senator Maria Cantwell, D-Wash., By email, and Murray through Twitter’s direct message on March 23 after Rubio officially appointed his captive son.

In a February email shared with Rantz, Scott St. Clair wrote that “as a matter of registration” Hey also sent a letter to Murray “through the web form” and seemed to include the text of the letter in a previous response that was partial hidden.

He also shared a screenshot from his direct message X to Murray, where he shared a “bring Joe Home” graph and the message: “I am a Washingtonian and I need a defense to ensure the launch of our captivity in Venezuela. I sent his office.”

Scott St. Clair said he received some response from Cantwell but finally turned to Schmitt.

“We need all the help we can obtain. Congress must demand that Maduro free our citizen hero as a hostage as political pawns,” Hey wrote to Murray, according to a screenshot seen by Fox News Digital.

“We do not have the support of our state of congressmen or senators,” added Joseph’s mother, Patty, added an interview on Monday night at “Fox News @ Night.” “Thank God, we have some senators who take a step forward from other states to help us, but nothing of ours.”

“We would appreciate welcome [Murray’s] Defense, yes, but I don’t think it will come, “added Scott St. Clair.
