An exclusive DHS memorandum obtained by Fox Digital on April 15 described that part of the Trump administration to enforce the real identification law is to prevent them from being illegally flying, unless they are looking to deport it in the port.

The agency emphasized that the measure prevents people in the country from being illegally traveling within the United States.
