The first night of the NFL design of 2025 is in the books.

But with six rounds and 225 pick, to go, means that there is still a lot of talent available for all 32 teams to choose from. While the crowd started to thin in Lambeau Field, all 32 NFL teams started the process to let their plate rest on the way to Friday, where the second and third rounds of the NFL design of 2025 are waiting.

The head that goes on that Friday? That is probably Quarterback Shedeur Sanders. The Colorado -forbijkeeper slid completely from the first round and now has a nervous night for him while waiting for his NFL destination for his NFL destination. Will his slide end up early or go deep into Friday?

Let’s take a crack to answer that and more questions with this round 2 Mock Draft.

  • Yes, the shed slide of Sheders ends early, at least to the position of this author. While the Cleveland Browns have set themselves up to tackle quartback next year with a few picks in the first round, the value of a QB is too much to leave in this place. The browns were linked to day two Quarterbacks such as Jalen Milroe Thourout this process, but adding Sanders in this place without the extra expectation of a selection of the first round is a good value.
  • Will Johnson’s slide also ends. Michigan’s cornerback was considered one of the top players in the entire concept class, but injuries pushed him entirely from the first round. That slide should end early on Friday, and with a need for cornerback in New Orleans, the saints feel number 40 as a good landing place.
  • A run on edges? While many believed that the first round was dominated by Pass Rushers who experienced two players to be the first round (Mike Green van Marshall and Donovan Ezeiruaku of Boston College) are still heard that their names are called. They will probably be the first pass Rushers to be set up on Friday evening, but will not be the only Oons that shines the depth of this position group on day two.
  • Sub tight ends also come to the party on Friday evening. The New York Jets were linked to Tyler Warren who increased the concept cycle, but LSU Tight End Mason Taylor, who receive first round of Buzz sub summer, is a solid option for them at No. 42. Harold Fannin Jr. Chargers, and with questions about the future of Dallas Goedert in Philadelphia Surfacing, Elijah is an intrigue option for the Eagles.
