India’s robust constitutional framework helps manage global turbulence, say jurists

Jurists and legal academics emphasized the need for cooperative federalism, emphasizing that Panchayat and the municipalities of the center, State and rural must collaborate to fulfill public tasks within the constitutional framework.

Speaking at the Lowgical Connect event, Senior CS Vaidyanathan, Arvind Date and legal experts Prof. Dr. Arghya Sengarta and Amrith Bhargav emphasized in the constitutional framework of India have helped the country to administer global turbulence over the years. Experts were part of a discussion panel on the issue of “constitutionalism of the list of competitors” in the case organized by the Sastra deemediten Law Faculty in Chennai.

CS Vaidyanathan said that in the midst of turbulence in neighboring countries, the Constitution of India has resisted its time proof. Hi, he also talked about the need to rationalize the use of CESS and surcharge to enrich social infrastructure with a greater participation of Panchayats and Muticipios.

He added that states can make new civil and criminal laws for a better administration of justice and that these new laws will receive natural assent.

Professor Arghya Sengarta added that the constitutional trip in the last 75 years has different government models and it is necessary to understand several models of devolutive power that can no longer be the same as the Planning Commission.

Arvind Datar compared the Constitution with a joint family with the government of the Union such as Kartha, state governments such as Coparceners and underlined the importance of a united family under the constitutional canvas in the light of the recent act of terrorism in Kashmir.

Amrith Bhargav, lawyer, moderated the panel and summed up the need for a three -track system that has cooperative, advisory and progressive constitutionalism. S VaidHyasubramaniam, Vice Chancellor of Sastra drew the history of the Lawgical connection and how it was fundamental to create vigilantism on the Black Money Law, the Uniform Civil Code and others.
