An official cause of death has been revealed for Oscar Gene Hackman and his wife, Betsy Arakawa.
According to the office of the medical researcher in New Mexico, a final autopsy obeyed by Fox News Digital shows that Hackman had a “history of congestive heart failure” in addition to “severe chronic hypertensive changes, kidneys.”
The legendary actor had a “bi-ventricular pacemaker” placed in April 2019, according to the documents. “The neurodegenerative characteristics consisting of Alzheimer’s disease” were also observed in autopsy.

“The autopsy showed severe hypertensive and hypertensive cardiovascular disease, with the placement of coronary artery stents and a derivation graft, as well as a previous aortic valve replacement,” the documents yielded.
“The remote myocardium infarctions were present that involve the left ventricular free wall and the partition, which were significantly large. The brain test showed microscopic findings of Alzheimer’s disease in advanced stadium.”
Hackman tried negative for Hantavirus. “Carbon monoxide tests were less than 5% saturation, according to a normal range,” said the coroner.
A toxicology report found acetone traces in the Hackman system when he died. The solvent used for chemicals is “also a rapid and induced induced ketoacidosis product, as well as a metabolite after the innition of isopropanol,” according to the report.
Hackman’s toxicology test showed acetone levels to 5.3 mg/dl, where as informed the normal endogenous acetone levels in the blood are up to 0.3 mg/dl.
The findings are consistent with a prolonged level of fasting.

The Hackman and Arakawa bodies were found February 26 for maintenance workers Jesse Kesler and Roland Lowe Begay. Kesler, who had worked as a personal contractor for the couple for 16 years, made a frantic called 911.
An affidavit of the search warrant obeyed by Fox News Digital revealed that Arakawa was found decomposition with swelling on his face and mummification in his hands and feet.
It was discovered that Hackman had the same signs of decomposition as his wife.

The detectives initially described the couple’s deaths as “of nature sufficiently suspect to require an exhaustive search and investigation,” according to a sworn statement of search warrant obeyed by Fox News Digital.
The authorities confirmed that an external trauma was not seen in Hackman or Arakawa, and New Mexico’s authorities quickly launched a criminal investigation into their deaths.

Through a search for the Arakawa computer, the researchers discovered that Covid-19 and symptoms similar to the flu several times before dying. The researchers recovered an email that Arakawa sent to their massage therapist on February 11 in which Hackman admitted, a “COVID test” after experiencing “flu/cold symptoms.”

Before his email, Arakawa had investigated “Covid” at least four times between February 8 and 11 before looking for medical attention at Cloudberry Health Center in Santa Fe, New Mexico, showed documents.
“These data suggest that Betsy was actively investigating the conditions of medical conditions with COVID-19 and the symptoms similar to the flu in the days before his death,” the report stored.

Arakawa died Hantavirus pulmonary syndromewhich is transmitted from animals to humans and is commonly found in rodents, confirmed the New Mexico Department of Health.
Hantavirus is characterized by “symptoms similar to flu that consist of fever, muscle aches, cough, sometimes vomiting and Darrhea that can progress to the lack of breathing and heart failure or cardiac and pulmonary insufficiency,” the chief medical researcher, Dr. Heather Jarrelll, explained that a press conference turns last month.
Hackman was 95 years old at the time of his death, and his wife 63.
