ICICI Venture transfers its PE, VC, real estate fund management businesses to ICICI Prudential AMC

As of the end of March, the ICICI Bank hero 51% of the share capital of IPRU AMC and 100% of the social capital of I-Ven

Icici Venture Funds Management Company has transferred its private capital management business, risk capital and real estate funds to prudential ICICI ASSET Management Company for better commercial synergy.

The Board of Directors of both companies has granted the approval of the beginning of the proposed transactions on Thursday.

I-Ven would continue to undertake certain advice activities and manage certain residual funds.

It is not expected that the cost of acquisition of the transaction proposes material in the context of the financial position of IPRU AMC, said Icici Bank, the father of both colleagues.

The proposed transaction would allow the offer of an integrated range of investment assets classes, including the private capital by IPRU AMC.

The transaction will be subject to the reception of regulatory approvals and other required approvals, the completion of other procedures and participation in the necessary agreements.

As of the end of March, the bank hero of 51 percent of the capital share capital or IPRU AMC and 100 percent of the capital share capital of I-Ven.
