Former President Joe Biden at the beginning of last year dismissed the report of the special lawyer Robert Hur that caused additional concern for his mental sharpness, only months after being interviewed about his lover or classified documents.

Axios released Audio on Biden’s interviews in October 2023 with Hur. In the recordings, Biden seemed to fight to remember when his son Beau died, when he left office as vice president, in what year President Donald Trump was chosen for his first mandate, or why he had classified documents that should not have a bone.

The recordings not only showed Biden’s memory, but also crossed their words and muttering when speaking with Hur. Interview transcripts, held on October 8 and 9 or 2023, were published on March 12, 2024.

In February 2024, the correspondent of the White House of Fox News, Peter Doucy, was the first to question Biden about the Hur report on his mental aptitude.

“Something that the special lawyer said in his report is that one of the reasons why they were not charged is because, description, you are an elderly man well intentionally with a bad memory,” Dooocy told Biden at a press conference on February 8, 2024.

Biden replied: “I am well intentional and I am an old man and I know what the hell I am doing. I have the president and I put this country again. I do not need his recommendation-“

Docy then asked Biden how bad his memory was and if he could continue as president.

“My memory is so bad that I let you talk,” Biden told him.

Hur, who was appointed by the then Scorny General Merrick Garland to investigate the management of Biden of classified documents, said he refused to present charges against him, in part, because a jury would find that his “sympathy”, which refers to “recognizes” that the documents were “voluntarily” obtained by biden his time as vice president and as a senator.

The report of the special lawyer, in addition to the gaffes observed during the public apparitions of Biden, amplified the pressure of the Republicans who said they lacked the mental aptitude necessary to serve as president.

The Democrats and the initial of the White House of Biden criticized Hur for their report, repeatedly insisting that it was “acute” and that the special lawyer was motivated political.

Later, in 2024, in the midst of the Biden re -election campaign, the Democrats asked him to leave his candidacy on his performance in the June presidential debate against Trump, citing his age and mental sharpness. Biden, now 82, finished his presidential campaign in July, but finished his term, and his vice president, Kamala Harris, was defeated by Trump in the general elections of November.
