Will Lindsay won a closed race with Graham Wilkinson at 31:13 when Freya Weddell added the women’s section in 33:24.
Deater in the countryside, Sarah Roberts, the world champion of Masters and British W75 athletics of all time faster of more than 5 km, five miles and 10 km, received 43:45, a moment that improved her own 44:33 of Letchworth in last October.
