Super Bowl LIX: The Final Countdown

It is finally here … the last game of the NFL season 2024 and the two teams that will fight for a Lombardi trophy are not much of a surprise. The defensive super bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs get a rematch of Super Bowl LVII while they take on the Philadelphia Eagles. For the Eagles they will try to revenge that earlier Super Bowl loss that was at 38-35 final score and the following season in 2023, Kansas City returned to the title match that the San Francisco 49ers also defeated with only three points to send Eser in a row.

The hottest subject on the way to Super Bowl Sunday is whether the Chiefs can be the first team in history that three straight super bowls wins. A varying tough Eagles team stands in the way. Believe it or not, these two teams have met 11 times in history on the Gridaron. The first meeting was in 1972 and Philadelphia won a close game 21-20. Until Super Bowl Super Bowl LVII, the Eagles and Chiefs have met 10 times who split those games between Philadelphia and Kansas City.

The Chiefs lead the series 6-5 with all competitions, except that Super Bowl that takes place in the regular season, which means with an Eagles victory in this year’s super bowl that would bind the series of all time. After that Super Bowl loss, Philadelphia got another chance for the chiefs in the regular season on November 20, 2023 and defeated Kansas City 21-17. Several competitions were not so close in the series, led by a 34-14 victory by the Eagles in 2009. In 2001, Philadelphia also won 23-10. In 2021 Kansas City laid the wood on the Eagles and won 42-30. All other games were decided with seven points or less except for 26-16 victory by Kansas City in 2013.

Regarding this coming Super Bowl, a point was made on the radio that I read for favoring Philadelphia. The given analysis said the Chiefs have Mahomes and Kelce. The Eagles have Jalen Hurts, Saquon Barkley, AJ Brown, Devonta Smith and the best defense in the NFL this season. Moreover, I heard tog -offensive line on average a height of 6’6 “and more than 300 pounds to a man.

The Eagles attack had an average of 28 points per match via the NFC Championship Game when they destroyed the Washington Commanders and Rookie Jayden Daniels 55-23. The Philly defense only yielded 15 points per match. That is a 13-point winning advantage of the Eagles. Kansas City, on the other hand, only scored 20 points per match and gave an average of 17, so their average victory margin was only about three points. The Chiefs lost two games, but soy were once so close, including the AFC title game that Eithher -Kanierer could have expired.

For me the Chiefs played with fire all season and if you keep playing with fire, you will eventually be burned. This is the time I believe. It sems nobody you have to stop Saquon Barkley, and sub -teams may have underestimated Jaylon Hurts. That and the Eagles have coordinators who are excellent, just like Kanas City, but I believe that power wins on final and that in my opinion the determining factor Com is coming super bowl Sunday.

How do I see this game playing? In my opinion, the Eagles must jump to an early lead, possibly with a two-score advantage to have a chance in this game and they will hope that their defense can be dominant. If the game remains close in the fourth quarter, the Philadelphia risks the chance that Patrick Mahomes will edit his magic and achieve a last-minute victory.

I believe that the Eagles have more talent across the board and with their enormous attacking line and immersing weapons about attack, which will be the difference in the game and the history will have to wait for SUM team to get a three-arms.

Prediction: Eagles 30 / Chiefs 20
