In this episode of the podcast of the state of the economy, the Sanjana B host joins a distinguished panel of industry leaders: Ajay Prabhu, president, technology services, global quest; Mamatha Madereddy, managing director and HSBC India Global Service Centers & President, Nasscom GCC Council; Jitender Mohan, head of the Business, Travel and Hospitality Unit, WNS; And Srkanth Srinivasan, vice president and head of membership and scope, Nasscom, for the Evolution Tu sector of India.

Together, they explore the changing panorama of the Centers of Global Capacity (GCCS), the transformative impact of AI in the management of commercial processes (BPM), the growing strategic role of engineering R&D (ER & D) and the catalysts of policy of levels of levels.
