The company will develop the Onealpha Industrial & Logistic Park in Oragadam, voltage 1.2 million square feet, to be completed in two phases in early 2027.
The Sree Kaillas group, based in Chennai, floated on Friday a company in infrastructure of industrial and logistics spaces, Onealpha Ventures Ltd.
The new company announced the launch of an industrial and logistics park in Oragadam. Onealpha Ventures is an B2B industrial infrastructure company based in Chennai that specializes in the development of storage, logistics and manufacturing spaces.
The Onealpha Industrial & Logistics park will take place in two phases. The park will cover 1.2 million square feet, with phase I (6 LAKH SQ. Ft.) Ready for Q1 2026 and phase II (another 6 Lakh Sq. Ft.) It is expected by Q1 2027, said Visakh Rajkumar, director of Onealpha, at the launch. The investment is around ₹ 450 million rupees, sources said.
The park is located in the heart of the Auto Oem Correa and Electronics of Tamil Nadu and offers a strong connectivity and access to a qualified workforce. Onealpha plans to position the installation as a reference destination for industries that seek spaces built through costumes and ready to occupy.
