Augusta, g. – Will it be better than this?

Golffans witnessed an electric day at Augusta National, where Rory McIlroy rose to the top of the rankings about the Cracst Femw Holls with six straight three – the core time that someone once did that in the history of the masters.

But Bryson Deschambeau produced fireworks himself. I open with a few birdies and ended with three more parbreakers about his last four holes to post his third consecutive sub-70 round-the only player in the field who can claim that honor.

DRAINED had a long -Russian bomb turned on the 18th hole to get to 10 -under par while he is two strokes behind McIlroy and goes into the final round.

In contrast to Lastmer at Pinehurst No. 2, where Dechambeau McIlroy broke with one and his heart broke, these two superstars will play together in the last combination.

“It will be the biggest stage that we have had in a long time, and I am enthusiastic about it,” Dephambeau said about the chance.

“We both want to win very, very much, and it is – you know, shooting, there are also many great players behind us. I have to be aware of that and concentrate on who can control themselves and who can best perform the golf shots.

“As far as customers are concerned, it will be an electric atmosphere.”

The customers were incredible on Saturday afternoon and produced deafening Brulle early and often, especially when McIlroy made his move.

The loudest call of the day came to the par-5 2nd hole, where McCilroy baked the green from outside.

That eagle also gave him the lead and left many customers to ask: “Is this really the year?”

Another patron shone and said, “I want Rory to win so much.”

“It is amazing to get the support. You know, these customers and these galleries are a pleasure to play for, we eat every year every year,” said McIlroy.

“They are a sum of the must -known wave beeters or spectors that we play for. Yes, look, it’s a pleasure to play for them and to have that atmosphere and that support. Tomorrow in that final a bit loud.

Of course, McIlroy, you have wanted to complete the Grand Slam career for 11 years, since he won the Open Championship TriSpool in Royal Liverpool in 2014. Nicklaus and Tiger Woods as the only players in the history who do this.

McIlroy, you have since the, but you have experienced a lot of pain. St. Andrews in 2022, Los Angeles Country Club in 2023, and the aforementioned defeat last year immediately comes to mind.

“I think I still have to remember that there is still a long way to go,” said McIlroy.

“I know, like someone else, what can happen here on the last day. You know, I have a lot of experience. Regardless of which Sition or Scenario I think tomorrow, I will handle it well.”

It is worth noting that the last eight Masters champions came from the last combination – the last winner not to do this was Danny Willett in 2016, when Jordan Spieth blew the championship on the 12th Hole.

So history tells us that it will probably be one of the first two superstars.

McILROY and DECHAMBEAU T -shirt at 2.30 pm et. The entire sports world will fight as the two most popular players on the planet for a green jacket on the most holy terrain in Golf.

Will it be better than this?

It certainly doesn’t.
