Trump warns China ‘not getting off the hook’ on US tariffs for electronics | Trade War News

The president of the United States says that there are no tariff exemptions for electronic items, but that they enter a separate category.

The president of the United States, Donald Trump, has said that no one is “going down” after it seemed to slightly reduce the pressure on China by enumerating rates exemptions for electronic products for which Beijing is an important exporter of the United States.

In the last global business war and the Trump administration’s turn, the president said Sunday that there was no “exception” of “exception” of rates, since smartphones, laptops and other products remained subject to a 20 percent rate in “a” cube “of different tariffs.”

“We will not be heroes as hostages from another country, special hostile commercial nations such as China,” he said in a real social platform.

Trump said he would give “very specific” details on Monday, while the United States Secretary of Commerce, Howard Lutnick, said semiconductor tariffs would probably be in force “in a month or two.”

Trump said the pharmaceutical products “would also be out of reciprocal tariffs,” using a term of tariff administration aimed at zeroing all the commercial imbalances of the United States.

Tit -for-OT exchanges have seen levies imposed on China to the 145 percent increase, and Beijing establishes a 125 percent retaliation band in US imports.

Beijing had initially welcomed Washington’s exemptions, calling them a “small step” in the right direction and insisting that the Trump administration should “cancel” the entire tariff strategy.

With Trump’s latest comments, which can now have a premature leg, and the two largest economies in the world remain locked in a bitter fight.

The president of the United States has sent financial markets to announce radical import taxes in Commercial Partners Didens, only to abruptly announce a 90 -day break for most of the subject.

The White House says that Trump is still optimistic about ensuring an agreement with China, Althehemeb administration officials have made it clear that they hope Beijing will communicate first.
