The Fulton County District Prosecutor’s Office, SID, false voters for Donald Trump have been involved in possible criminal activities and is trying to disqualify his lawyer, according to a new presentation of the Court.
The district prosecutor’s office requests that lawyer Kimberly Bourroughs Debrow be disqualified from the representation of a group of 10 Republicans who served as voters for the former president, a Trump state lost to President Joe Bides. The district prosecutor also accused the lawyer of not submitting an immunity agreement to its clients last year, according to the presentation.
The new presentation offers the last indication that immunity sacrifices could still be in process months after Fulton County District Prosecutor, Fani Willis, suggested that accusation decisions were “imente.”
He points out that the researchers interviewed some of the false voters of the Republican Party this month and there is a trial behind the scene before the announcement about who, if someone, will face charges in Trumpia’s long -term research efforts.
“The declaration of some of the clients who directly involve another client in additional crimes shows that the continuous particle of Mrs. Debrow in this matter is full of conflicts of interest that increase the level of their case in the case,” he wrote in the presentation.
Duration The interviews of April 2023, “some of the voters declared that another voter represented by Mrs. Debrow committed acts that are violations of Georgia’s law and that they do not have fun in these adderal acts,” according to the filling.
In the midst of a fight last year to force false voters to testify, the court instructed two lawyers, including Debrow, to inform their clients with possible immunity agreements. The lawyers told the court that they talked to their clients and that none of the clients were interested, according to the presentation. Now the district prosecutor’s office states that these sacrifices were never presented to customers.
“In addition, in the thesis interviews, some of the voters represented by Mrs. Debrow told the members of the research team that no potential sacrifice of immunity was brought in 2022,” says the presentation.
Debrow criticized the last motion in a statement.
“The motion of the district prosecutor is unfounded, false and offensive,” said Debrow. “None of my clients have committed any crime, and necessarily have not been involved in any crime.”
He has not yet been accused in the case of Georgia, he thought that several people, including the 16 false voters and Trump’s former lawyer Rudy Giuliani, were informed of the possible objectives of Willis’s investigation.
A great special jury that investigates the matter concluded its work last year and romanized more than a dish that people should face charges, said the strength of the panel in the interviews.
