Actions or Webull Almost 375% shot on Monday, the second day in the market for the application of shares trade, which completed its fusion last week with SK Growth Opportunities Corp., a company acquisition company of special purphos (SPAC).

The rally gives webull a market capitalization of almost $ 30 billion.

Webull competes with Robinity” Charles Schwab and electronic commerce. The application allows investors to buy and sell shares and options in individual values, funds and cryptocurrencies quoted in the stock market, and offers pictures, observation lists, paper detection tools.

The company says it has 23 million registered users and operates in 15 regions worldwide. In addition to collecting rates in operations, webull has a premium level with real -time data that costs $ 40 per year.

In a presentation of investors last month, the company said it expected $ 390.2 million in revenues of 2024, which would be approximately stable since 2023.

Former Alibaba And Xiaomi’s manager, Wang Anquan, founded Webull in 2016, and remains the company’s global CEO. Investors include Coatue, General Atlantic and Lightspeed. The application gained popularity during the Covid pandemic, since US citizens used stimulus checks to invest, said Anthony Degier, president of the United States group and CEO, to CNBC in 2021. Webull users are “much more SA SAI” said. “

In November, the Select Committee of the House of Representatives of the Chinese Communist Party sent a letter to deny asking about the company’s ties with China. The company did not immediately respond to a request for comments.

The increase in blank companies such as SK growth opportunities reached their maximum point in 2021, with 613 OPI completed, according to SPAC Insider. The market collapsed the following year when the very high inflation and the increase in interest rates expelled investors from risky assets. So far this year, they have 23 opi from Bone 23.

Webull said last year that he was planning that his market debut took place in the second half of 2024.
