The Lodha brothers, Abhishek Lodha and Abhinandan Lodha, have resolved their registered trademark dispute, since it is agreed that Macrotech developers will have the exclusive right to use the ‘Lodha’ brand and also the titles.

Abhinandan Lodha will have the exclusive right to use the ‘House of Abhinandan Lodha’ brand, according to the statements. Macrotech developers are controlled by older brother Abhishek, while the younger brother controls the house of Absinandan Lodha.

This ends the disputes between the two brothers who turned out that the oldest Lodha presented a judicial case against his younger brother in January, which restored it with the use of the ‘Lodha’ brand for their projects in any way.

The dispute was mediated by the retired judge RV Ravendran, under the direction of the Superior Court of Bombay, where the appeal was presented.

In the statements, the companies said: “In a significant development, the Lodha brothers, older brother, an Abishek Lodha and the younger brother Abhinandan Lodha, and the companies directed by them, have solved friendly all the pending disputes.”

Both parties have agreed that the ‘Lodha Group’ and the ‘House of Absinandan Lodha’ have no connection with each OHher, and both entities will clearly communicate. It was also agreed that Neith Company will have some claim in the other.

“Abhinandan has no rights or claims in the Lodha or MDL group or other Abhishek companies. Abhishek has no rights or claims in Hoabab or other Abhinandan companies.”

A family agreement in 2017 between the two factions had forged the ‘Lodha’ brand with Macrotech developers (which was later called Lodha developers). This was subsidized in another agreement in 2023, where it was especially that Abhinandan would not use a similar name or direct with Lodha. The dispute arose mainly because Macrotech claimed that the younger brother did not comply with the agreement.

The current agreement between the two brothers is synchronized with the family agreements prepared above.

Both factions thanked their supporters and family for their duration of support and added: “No more statements on the matter will be made.”
