A federal judge blocked the Trump administration on Monday to revoke the legal status and work permits of the more than 530,000 migrants from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela that flew to the United States Durtion Ex Joe Bides Bides Bides.
Migrants arrived in the United States under the controversial controversial humanitarian probation program by Mass of Biden.
In her order, Judge Indira Talwani, designated by Obama, wrote that each migrant needs to have an individualized case review by case.

Biden created the CHNV program in 2023 through its executive probation authority. The program was launched in 2022 and was initially applied for the first time to Venezuelans before it expanded to additional countries.

The program stopped temporarily after a broad fraud was found. Several recipients were also arrested for high -profile crimes, including multiple children’s violations.
CHNV allowed migrants and their immediate relatives to fly to the United States if they had American sponsors. Then they could remain in the country for two years under a temporary immigration state known as probation.
The officials of the Department of National Security and the Trump administration said that Talwani Essentialy ruled that Trump cannot use his own executive authority, the same authority that Biden used, to revoke the probation that Biden granted.
“It’s pure tyranny without law,” said a Trump administration official to Fox News.

In March, the approximately 532000 migrants were told under the CHNV program left by the United States before their humanitarian probation and accompanying work permits are canceled on April 24, giving them a month since the notice is formally published 25.
