Three corporate leaders, who worked for the main technology companies such as Microsoft and Upgra, joined the hands to float a startup called Aaroha, which helps companies strengthen leadership and organizational capacity “through Framewy”.
Hyderabad -based startup was founded by Kalpana Sinha, former people director and organization capacity at Microsoft; Haritha Kandalla, former executive or global delivery of Microsoft; and Ketaki Kadekar, former client’s success director in Upgrade and co -founder of the leadership project.
“The three leaders come with 70 years of experience added in coaching, capacities and organizational transformation,” said an Aaroha executive.
“Aaroha addresses a critical gap in the development of leadership offered by Marcos of Indian origin that go beyond conventional western models, helping leaders to build cultures of adaptability, resistance and purpose.
“Traditional leadership models tend to emphasize the individualistic leader, while Indian philosophy speaks of a leader like someone who leads to the collective,” said Kalpana Sinha, co -founder and partner manager of Aaroha, in a statement on Tuesday.
