Laura Penly said in her lawsuit filed in Nevada that Backstreet Boys singer assaulted her several times, starting in 2005 when she was 19 years old.
Penly said she had not yet had other sexual partners before Carter and tested positive for HPV (human papilloma), clamidia and gonorrhea after the alleged assault of Carter.

Carter denied the accusations and said that Penly’s accusations were “more of the same nonsense of the conspirators gang” in a statement provided to Fox News Digital.
