On Saturday he marked 100 days of the new Republican majority in the United States Senate, and we have been keeping foot in the gas. We have spent 13 weeks in session, including the longest continuous period in 15 years, and the Senate has more votes at this point than in any other congress from the least the era of Reagan.

We have a lot to show. We confirm the president’s cabinet to the fastest rhythm in more than 20 years, despite the Democratic obstruction, and we are building the rest of President Donald Trump’s team at a fast pace. As of this week, the Senate has confirmed more than 50 Trump nominees, including a new FBI director, a new president of the joint bosses and several ambassadors in key publications abroad.

And confirm the mations are far from being the only thing we have done. We walked Riley’s law of Senator Katie Britt, R-to. And we pass Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-IIWA, and Senator Bill Cassidies, R-La., Halt Fentanyl law to provide the police with critical tools to combat this deadly drug.

We have also went to repeal regulations of the Biden era. So far, the Senate approved seven resolutions of the Congress Review Law to withdraw the Biden rules. Among other things, we have repealed the Biden administration tax on natural gas, the action of tasks to protect the financial freedom of Americans and repealed onerous mandates on appliances that were trapped in the climatic agenda of the Biden administration.

It is important to highlight that we have also established the bases for a permanent extension of the fiscal relief of 2017 and a transformative investment in our border, energy and national security. I am proud of the role that the Senate has played to advance in this process, and I am anxious to finish the final bill.

I must also keep in mind that the list of our achievements would have a leg just as the Democrats had not repeatedly filibusterated community legislation. Yes, the part that only months ago was making plans to destroy the filibuster, a key rule of the Senate that today helps preserve the vision of the founders of the Senate, now uses it repeatedly.

Democrats have filibustive legislation to keep biological men out of women’s sports, protect live -born babies after failed abortions and punish the Rebelde International Criminal Court, which is aimed at Israeli leaders today and has a history of aiming US citizens.

With as much as we have already achieved, there is much more work to do, and we will continuously remain in the foot in the gas. There are assignments bills to consider, more burned regulations to repeal and work to do to complete the final bill that meets our promises on taxes, border security, strengthen our military, unleash US energy and get Nosein

There are also more nominations for the consultant, and the Senate will continue to continue with a fast rhythm. If the Democrats decide to obstruct Nominese, that does not mean that we decrease the speed; It means that we are going to keep the senators here longer to make these confirmations. If that means late at night or weekends, so. As I told my Democratic colleagues, we can make these nominations in the easy or difficult way. But in one way or another we will do it.

100 days have passed in the United States Senate, and I am anxious to offer more results for the American people as Senate Republicans, Republicans of the Representatives Chamber and the White House to advance our shared agenda.
