Browns 7-round mock draft: Cleveland lands a two-way star and dual-threat QB

Ah, the browns. No other NFL team, you have a lower expected victory of the oddmakers, with Cleveland’s 2025 on 4.5 victories and a huge, fully guaranteed contract that still owes ignorous QB Deshaun Watson. Kevin Stefanski will coach with his work at stake in 2025 and there are shipments everywhere, even with Quarterback.

Cleveland has 10 Picks, one of the NFL High that comes in the design, but five of them are in the sixth and seventh rounds. It can therefore be logical to consolidate and use one of the four sixth rounders to go up a bit. We will not project in this mock, but if the browns pass on a quarterback at number 2 in general, we could certainly see them picks to come from No. 33 and go back to the first round for Passer No. 21.

First round, second general: CB/WR Travis Hinter” Colorado

It has been long and painful to the browns, in an attempt to land a Franchise Quarterback, and the success of Baker Mayfield in Tampa only contributes to the frustration of a terrible decision to invest so much in Watson. Even with all that this is not a great year for quarterbacks, so the browns take a little more in Hunter, that rare athlete that can help on both sides of the ball. He Jerry Jerry Jerry Jerry Jerry Jerry Jerry.

Managing the physical workload of a two-way player and finding the right rhythm of when he has to play it in attack and whether he should pick it up from the field during the defense is a largely non-valued challenge in today’s NFL, but Stefanski will find creative ways to use use use use use use. Over the field.

How long can Travis Hunter play both sides of the ball in the NFL?

Second round, 33rd General: QB Jalen Milroe” Alabama

Now that Watson has torn his Achilles again, Quarterback is clearly the most striking and central needs of Cleveland. So it was used for the browns to exchange in the first round if the goal is to land a prospect such as Ole Miss Quartback Jaxson Dart. That may mean that in the teenagers before Pittsburgh she passes on at number 21, or less likely in the 20S acts as Pittsburgh Dart. It is reasonable to think that Nos. 33 and 67 (perhaps with a sixth rounder) can get the browns at 20 to Denver to jump for the stalkers, but we keep this fake simple and commercially free.

Milroe is a quarterback with a double threat, which runs at 4.4 40 on his pro day, and he is a full three years younger than Tyler Shegh in Louisville, another option in this range. Cleveland has a good stop in place with Joe Flaccco if a Rookie is not immediately ready. Milroe is not the passer -by that Jayden Daniels for Washington was like a rookie, but the idea of an elusive runner who can read and grow in the pass game can intrigue. In the absence of an AGGSive trade back in the first round, Milroe is a good potential match.

Third round, 67th General: WR Jalen Royals” Utah State

Even with Hunter who helps, receiver is a great need for Cleveland to make life easier for a Rookie Quarterback. Royals is an electric playmaker, with 15 touchdowns in 2023 before they missed a large part of last season due to an injury. With speed and ability to let people miss in the open field, Royals could easily step into the role that was previously held by Elia Moore, who is not signed as a free agent.

Third round, 94th General: RB Cam skattebo” Arizona State

From the point of view of name recognition, Skattebo is excitation to Third Rounder if you will find. I had a Hage 2024 season for Arizona State, with 1,711 Yards and 21 touchdowns. The lack of elite speed – I am running to 4.65 40 on his pro -day – is why it is still available in the third round in what seems to be a deep class of running, but he is good enough to combine with Jerome Ford and upgrade the position, and perhaps to sell a Zillion Jerseys. This is the pick that was obtained from the accounts for receiver Amari Cooper, who only had two touchdowns in 11 games in Buffalo and remas not signed as a free agent.

Fourth Round, 104th General: T Chase Lundt” Connecticut

He comes from the same Texas High School that produced Myles Garrett and Cleveland would give a long -term plan for when Jack Conklin is done at the right tackle. Lundt was a four-year-old starter for UConn, you have a good size on 6-foot-7, 304 pounds, and would not have to do much Rookie as long as the starters stay healthy. In a team with these needs, you often want to invest in the line of scrimmage.

Sixth Round, 179th General: Edge What Robinson” Alabama

With the first of four sixth round picks we are looking for value with a shot to stay on the 53. Robinson, who turns 24 in May, played as a senior in the previous fall and received seven bags after a total of 2.5 in his Cruz four years in Tuscaloosa. He is long and lean and was a core playing player for Alabama, so he will be in a position to contribute as every back -up edge Rusher should.

Sixth Round, 192nd General: You Jackson Hawes” Georgia Tech

This is essentially a free pick, obtained from the bears for defensive Tackle Chris Williams, who never played to understand for Cleveland. The browns have again signed tight end of Jordan Akins and could use more of a blocking report in the position, so we combine them with Hawes, a Yale grag that went to Georgia Tech as a Grad transfer. He has never had many 200 presiding yards in a season, but he will put the size in position (6-foot-4, 253) and can stay as a third tight end.

Sixth round, 200th General: S RJ Mickens” Clemson

Another experienced lecture player, Mickens played 60 games with the Tigers. I have the 40 in 4.49 seconds and was a solid blitzer with 10 tackles for loss in his last two seasons. Safety is the chance of a greater need for Cleveland than this choice, but Mickens would give Dept and can help with coverage units. As an extra bonus, his father, Ray, played a season for the browns in 2005.

Sixth round, 216th General: LB Carson Bruener” Washington

Another NFL -Legacy -Brueners father, Mark, played tightly in the competition and works in the scouting department of the Steelers. Carson is 228 pounds and rons at 4.58 40, so that he can cover the ground and had more than 300 tackles at the university. He also had three interceptions as a senior. To Sixth-Rounder will make or miss the schedule on the value of special teams, and he can also help there.

Seventh round, 255th General: WR Andrew Armstrong” Arkansas

Not Quito Mr. Irrelevant, because there are two more picks after this, but it’s close. Armstrong has a small school background, with 13 touchdowns in a breakout year in East Texas A&M for two validating seasons in Arkansas. It is 6-foot-3, rons at 4.51 40 and comes off with a season of 1,100 meters in the SEC, so it is not a bad air flyer.
