The Development Authority of the Capital Region of Andhra Pradesh (CRDA) has requested offers to build a new late generation secretariat in Amaravati with five towers with an estimated cost of ₹ 4,668 million rupees.
According to the notification, the construction of five towers for an integrated state secretariat that will house all the heads of the offices of the department with support infrastructure.
According to the bidding notification, the construction must be according to the standards of Indian Green Business Center (IGBC) Platinum level certification of green buildings and will include a period of responsibility for three -year defects. It will be executed under a contract rate contract (global sum), according to notification.
The state cabinet, in his hero of the meeting, approved on Tuesday the release of tenders for the construction of the Secretariat. The CRDA had already requested tenders for capital works worth approximately ₹ 48,000 million rupees, while the total estimated cost of new capital works is ₹ 64,000 million rupees.
It is likely that Prime Minister Narendra formally sets construction work on May 2.
