Blusmart corridors in Delhi-DNR and Bangalore discovered on Wednesday that none of the schedules were working, both for rentals and for travel in the city.

The owners of electric transport have been under the sebi lenses, which are also asking questions about their future operation. Gensol, which leased electric vehicles (EV) to extinction, is accused of improper use of 200 million rupees sanctioned for the acquisition of EV.

Meanwhile, the company has also recognized this development and “has a note of tasks of all the directives contained in that order,” he said in a presentation of shares.

Anxious customers

Many customers in Delhi-NCR also received the news and called Blusmart customer service for the reimbursement of their money that remained in the company’s wallet. The company has said that the money will be reimbursed in the next seven business days.

“I asked Blusmart for the reimbursement of my wallet through its customer service route. They said that the reimbursement has started and that it will be debated in seven days, but it did not give me any written intimidation of whether this will really happen … the application does not allow you to reserve any slot,” said a regular Blusmart user in Delhi-CR.

The company declined to comment on the developments.

Earlier this week, reports arose that Fire Mart may be finishing its main transport business and the transition to a fleet partner for Uber. Uber launched its own EV services: Green in 2023, to compete with companies such as Fuller and announced that it will deploy 25000 electric vehicles through partners such as Everest Fleet, Lithium Urban Technologies and Moove.
