Sify Infinit Spaces Limited, the Chennai -based data center supplier, opened its data center in Sipcot Sirusei, Chennai. Tamil Nadu’s Prime Minister MK Stalin opened the installation, which is the company that states that the artificial intelligence data campus prepared for artificial intelligence in southern India.
With a planned capacity of 130 MW, it is the only data center in India that presents an open cable landing station on the site, which offers improved global connectivity and network performance. As part of its pulmonary term environmental objectives, Sify aims to feed the Sirusei Data Center completely with renewable energy and administer it using sustainable building management practices, establishing a new digital infrastructure of comparative evaluation.
Raju Vegesna, president and managing director of Sify Technologies Ltd, in his speech, spoke about the company’s long -term commitment to the digital economy of India.
“With our cumulative investment that now crosses ₹ 10000 million rupees from an initial commitment of ₹ 2.5 billion rupees, we are not only building digital infrastructure but also creating an ecosystem of opportunity. We imagine generating for 10. N000 people, both.
The installation will serve as a facilitator for AI work loads and digital companies first, offering scalable infrastructure and high performance computer capabilities.
