Is Zoom down? Users report problems with the video conferencing app.

Zoom, the popular video communications service, was reduced for tens of thousands of users on Wednesday, according to the website monitoring detector.

Around 3:00 pm Est Wednesday, approximately 68,000 users reported problems using the videoconference tool. The majority of Zoom customers reported problems using the web application, while many also said that the mobile application could not be excessively, according to the low detector.

Around 5 pm est, Zoom published on social networks that the service had been restored.

“The service has now restored the leg after the previous interruption, and we sincerely appreciate its patience and understanding,” the company wrote.

The interruption seemed to be extended by the US, according to user complaints.

Zoom’s problem follows an earlier technological interruption in the day. Thousands or Spotify users On Wednesday, he informed having problems accessing his music transmission accounts.

Zoom did not respond to the request for comments from CBS Moneywatch.

Approximately 300 million users participate in Zoom meetings daily, according to the company. It rose in the popularity of the pandemic, when the meetings were canceled in person. While that increased its duration of income in the pandemic, its growth has slowed down.
