Marubeni to develop industrial park in Telangana’s Future City

Marubeni Corporation has expressed interest in establishing an industrial park of the last generation general in the future city that is being developed in Telangana. A letter of intention (LOI) was signed and exchanged between Marubeni and the state government in Tokyo on the first day of the official visit of the ascent delegation of Telangana, directed by Prime Minister Revanth Reddy, to Japan.

Marubeni also presented a proposal that described the establishment of the park. After the discussions between the state delegation and the senior management of Marubeni, the Japanese corporate house has proposed an initial investment of ₹ 1,000 million rupees to develop the industrial park in the 600 acres phases in the future city.

The park will be dedicated to Japanese companies and other multinational companies to establish their manufacturing facilities in Hyderabad and the attractions that exceed 5,000 million rupees are expected to exceed.

Sectors of interest

Marubeni Industrial Park will focus on sectors such as Electronics, Green Pharma, precision, aerospace and defense engineering, areas that are closely align with the vision of Telangana to attract foreign investments in advanced manufacturing and Sawyd generation.

Reddy said: “Marubeni Industrial Park will be among the first of his son to be developed in the ‘future city’. It is expected to believe 30,000 direct and indirect jobs.”

The delegation also visited Sony Corporation headquarters on Thursday. The Sony Corporation officers showed several new initiatives and detailed their works, including new products. The delegation also discussions of heroes on the company’s animation subsidiary, Crunchyroll. He explained the strengths of Hyderabad in the animation, VFX and games sectors.

Reddy described his vision of the creation of a modern film city, which would have the capacity of extreme production.
