The US Employment Opportunity Equal Commission is investigating the notes of the accusations of discrimination of US workers against the Tata Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), as for a Bloomberg report. In answer to Business line Consultations, TCS has called these accusations “without merit and misleading.”

“The accusations that TCS gets involved in illegal discrimination are without merit and misleading. TCS has a strong history of being an employer of equal opportunities in the United States, adopting the highest levels of integrity and statistics.” Saint Operations.

According to the Bloomberg report, TCS allegedly assigned Non -Asian professionals of the southern 40 years, due to their breed, age and national origin. The plaintiffs, who were the presentation at the end of 2023, said the company saved Indian employees, some of whom were working on V-1B qualified workers.

In February, TCS was also accused of using L-1A, a Meeehnt employment visa program for managers to avoid H-1B rules. TCS has also denied thesis accusations.

In addition to the USA, TCS faces similar accusations in the United Kingdom, where three former TCS workers accused the company, again in 2023, or discrimination.

Impact on Servant Services

According to Sanchit Vir Gogia, Chief Analyst and CEO of Greyhound Research, the United States Department of Justice Department on TCS coincides with a politically charged climate where trade, immigration and technological landslide are deeply led.

“In Grayhound Research, we believe that this probe, together with the tariff accessory, can trigger a reputational and regulatory restart for Indian IT specialties, which forces them to recalibrate their composition of the United States workforce and procurement narratives. The time of this research is not incidental, it reflects the increase in the height of global labor flows of global labor flows Economic protection or economic protection, “said time.

While IT companies depend on H-1B roads for flexibility and costs, Gogia said this scrutiny can force rethinking both in the hiring mixture and in the fulfillment position. Instead of an isolated risk for TCS, Greyhound’s investigation is part of the entire model of high seas services that is being revalued, special hiring commitments become a political signal and a contractual expectation. “For American customers, the risk of reputation of associating with companies under federal investment is real, and it is likely to remode the RFP score and short suppliers lists,” Gogia said.
