Revanth seeks JICA support for urban infrastructure projects in Telangana

The Telangana Prime Minister, a Revanth Reddy, sought the financial support of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) for the main urban infrastructure projects in the state.

Reddy leads the official delegation of Telangana Rising. These include phase 2 of the Hyderabad Metro railway, the rejuvenation of the Musi River, the radial roads that connect Orr and the regional ring roads (RRR) and other infrastructure projects.

In her meeting with the senior vice president of Jica Shhei Hara on Thursday, Reddy gave a detailed overdrawal vision of the friendly policies of the Télangana government, Hyderabad’s appeal as a destination of global investments and a large amount of Itusture and a large number of enrichments and a large amount of the large amount of southern.

He informed the JICA team that the proposal of the Rail Metro Project Phase 2 with an investment of ₹ 24,269 million rupees, a joint business project of the government of India and the Telangana government was already under active consideration of the Government of India.

The Telangana government is interested in JICA’s support for the loan component of 48 percent of the project, which is approximately ₹ 11,693 million rupees. He also explained that the financing norms of the foreign debt of the Indian government were strictly being followed by the state government.
