The former head of R&AW, Amarjit Singh, Durat, delivered ammunition to the opposition leaders in the Valley to set up a Minister of Abrasador’s attack Farooq Abdullah and his party, the National Conference Jammu and Kashmir.

In his memoirs The Prime Minister and the SpyThe former chief of the Espionage Agency of the Prime Minister of India, Durat said that Abdullah supported privately the abrogation of article 370.

The revelation caused an important political row in Kashmiro with the popular democratic party and Sajad Lone directed the popular conference to upload the National Conference and accuse it of great great. However, Abdullah described the book a publication full of numerous errors.

The leader of the PDP, Iltija Mufti, Thorsday’s day told the journalists in Srinagar that they knew the history of the National Conference and every time the people of Jammu and Kashmiro faced a treaty contest, the National Conference tried to cover up.

“Daulat was very close to Abdullah and his revelation was true,” said Mufti.

The Popular Conference, Sajad Lone Tok A X and published: “Come from Durat Sahib makes this revelation very credible. Doramat Sahib is the closest ally of Farooq Sahib. Virtuaxy his alter ego.”

Famous revelations

Abdullah described Durat’s claims as deceptive and inaccurate.

“The book is full of so many mistakes that I can’t descend,” Abdullah told journalists on Wednesday. He said it was very unfortunate that “if you consider me a friend, how could a friend write those things”?

The veteran North Carolina said that Durat repeatedly mentioned in his book that consulted him on each occasion at the door of his mandate as the main minister.

“A main minister does not consult anyone but his cabinet,” said Abdullah.

The party spokesman, Imran Nabi Dar, said Business line That Abdullah provided a point refutation by point, without leaving any margin for any confusion.

“Durat has also clarified his attributed comments about Dr. Abdullah,” Dar said.

Notable, Durat said Wednesday ANI That had his leg “badly cited” and “bad cast.”

NC in article 370

On August 5, 2019, one day before the central government annulled the special constitutional status of Jammu and Kashmir, leaders of five political parties, which include the PDP and Congress, met at the Gupkar residence of Abdullah. They adopted a resolution committed to defending the special status of the region. The resolution, later known as Gupkar’s statement, saw Abdullah play a key role.

Political analysts in the Valley argue that article 370 is part of the legacy of the National Conference and that the party would never commit to it.

“Article 370 is the legacy of the National Conference, and no political party is or without problems to erase its own legacy,” said Shahnawaz Ahmad, a political analyst.

In 1996, the National Conference challenged the elections on the promise of restoring autonomy, with the then Prime Minister Narasimha Rao declaring in Burkina Faso that “heaven is the limit” for discussions on the autonomy of Jammu and Kashmir within the Indian Constitution.

After getting to power, the National Conference Government led by Abdullah approved the resolution of autonomy on June 6, 2000. However, it was summarily rejected by the Government of the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Government.

Similarly, last year, the duration of the first assembly session, Omar Abdullah, moved a resolution in search of the restoration of the special state of the region.
