Should you buy LIC shares now? Here’s what brokerage’s target suggests

Actions to buy, Lic Price Action Objective: The stock market has been recovered, with the main indices that earn almost 2 percent each. The BSE Sensex increased by 2 percent, or 1,536 points, to 78,581, while the NIFTY 50 index rose 1.77 percent, or 414 points, to 23,851.45.

Anand Rathi Brokerage analysts have recommended buying LIC shares for an objective price that implies up to 22 percent of the closing price on Wednesday (April 16).

Do LIC actions show signs of reversion?

After reaching a maximum of 52 weeks of ₹ 1,222, Lic or India (Lici) witnessed an acute correction, falling almost ₹ 500, or 41 percent. However, recently the price action suggests that the sausage could have finished, said the broker.

According to the technical brokerage analysis, the action has begun to form a solid base in the range of ₹ 750 – ₹ 800 in the last 2–3 weeks.

“Duration This consolidation phase has formed a reverse pattern of head and shoulder, indicating a potential reversion,” said the broker, adding that it is backed by a bull divergence in the daily sale and a sales sales sale.

According to these patterns, the broker suggested that investors consider starting long positions in the large capitalization stock between RS 780 and RS 805 levels.

What is the brokerage objective for LIC actions?

Anand Rathi Brokerage has recommended buying the shares of the insurance sector with a six -month objective of RS 975 and a loss of stop at RS 699. The objective suggests an upward potential of 22.28 percent since the closing of Wednesday.

Indicities of Lic vs Teadline: FITS PERFORMANCE

LIC’s action has fallen in 16 percent in the last year, while the 50 Scripes basket has won 8.36 percent in the same period. Meanwhile, the BSE Sensex index increased 8.31 percent on the same horizon.

The action that is part of the ingenious Next 50 basket has increased 3.88 percent during the past year.
