Vodafone Idea users suffered an interruption of the network in the early hours of Friday, an interruption that the telecomunda said was due to the “technical problem” that was solved.
Vodafone idea said that all services have now returned to normal.
“Our network services were impacted by letters at NCR Turn The Early Hours on Friday (April 18)
Down detector, a site that tracks the interruptions, showed that user reports accumulated after 12.30 am and reached their maximum point around 1 in the morning in more than 1880 reports.
Most user reports complained or lack of signal, some total ceded blackouts.
“We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused and thank our users for their patience and understanding,” added Vil spokesman.
