Career government employees working on policy will be classified ‘at will’: White House

President Trump said Friday that the employees of the career government who work in policies for administration will be reclassified “schedule policy/career”, or will employees, and will not adhere to their agenda.

“After my executive order on the first day, the Office of Personnel Management will issue new civil service regulations for the employees of the career government,” the president wrote in Truth Social on Friday afternoon.

He added: “In the future, the employees of the career government, who work in policy issues, will be classified as” programmed policy/career “, and will keep them with the highest standards of conduct and performance.”

This occurs as the Trump administration continues to shoot federal employees in an effort to reduce the government.

The Administration Personnel Management Office (OPM) estimated that the change of rule in Trump’s executive order “restores responsibility for policies influence on the Federal Labor Force” would affect around 50000 employees of the Federal Federal Work Force of the Federal Federal Labor
