The United States Supreme Court issued a ruling in the blockade in the early morning of Saturday, at least for now, the deportations of any Venezuelan held in northern Texas under a law of war of the 18th century.
The judges instructed the Trump administration to not eliminate Venezuelans detained at the Bluebonnet detention center “until the order of this court.”

The court ruling occurs after an emergency appeal of the American Union of Civil Liberties, arguing that federal immigration authorities seemed to resume the elimination of migrants from the alien enemies law of 1798.
Two federal judges refused to intervene and the 5th Circuit Court of the United States has not made any decision.

The Alien enemies Law has only been involved three previous times in the history of the United States, and World War II World War II has Japanese-American civilians in the internment fields.
The Trump administration states that the law cools the authority to quickly eliminate immigrants who accuse of being members of the Aragua gang, regardless of its immigration status.
