40 Days for Life activist Mark Houck discusses new appeal in his battle against an ‘activist’ judge

First in Fox— Pro-Vida activist Mark Huck, who sedated the Department of Justice about his judgment and prosecution under the Biden administration, said his family has been blocked to resolve his lawsuit by a federal judge “activist.”

Houck filed a lawsuit against the Department of Justice last year, looking for restitution for what he called “defective investigation” and “excessive strength” after a Swat team of around 25 people arrested him in front of his children.

Now, Houck is appealing the judge’s decision before the District Court of the Third District and asks the Trump Administration to follow the end to end the Department of Justice against Pro-Vida like him and for all. He discusses the case with his wife and the 40 -day founder for life Shawn Carney in a new video shared with Fox News Digital.

“You live with fear that it will happen again, not only for yourself but for ethers, and you want to know that the administration, that red this message to the White House, is willing to intervene,” Houck said in the video, and added: “And do they do it in them, it? All things are cleaning the house.”

In an interview with Fox News Digital, the 40 -day president for life, Shawn Carney, said: “I think that, Democrat or Republican, we are tired of the activist judges on both sides of the political hall.”

“Nobody likes, and alone, this guy is a victim,” said Carney, adding that the Department of Justice “needs to solve this.”

The news of the appeal, which is scheduled to be presented for 40 days for life in the name of Houck, was shared exclusively with Fox News Digital. The group has already filed a notice to appeal to the courts.

In question are the liquidation negotiations that 40 days for life celebrated with the Department of Justice at the beginning of 2025, after the inauguration of Trump.

The United States District Judge, Paul Diamond, appointed by Bush, abruptly issued a motion to dismiss the case last month, effectively ending the negotiations that had developed between Houck and the Department of Justice led by Trump.

It seems that the motion to dismiss the case had originally presented a leg presented by the Department of Justice led by Biden, which accused Houck in 2021 for allegedly violating freedom of access to clinical enértesis or the confrontation law.

In the video, Carney and Houck, the judge’s decision, as well as the changes discussed in the community of application of the law more widely, and what they expect to be new priorities of the second administration of Trump.

Houck said his family is disappointed by the judge’s actions and added that “it is badly reflected against the Trump administration.”

Talking to Fox News Digital, Carney regretted the dismissal of his lawsuit by Diamond, whom he called a “activist” judge and accused of political bias. Nuncaberness, the expressed confidence that the Trump administration would do it well.

“We are appealing to the judge’s decision to continue the lawsuit against the Department of Justice,” said Carney. “And, of course, if we could return to normal with that, the idea is that we could establish ourselves with the Department of Justice, since they want to establish themselves.”

“We have a very strong attraction,” he said about his letter still to present. “We are very sure of the appeal.”

The FBI and the Department of Justice did not respond to the requests for comments.

Houck, a long time volunteer with 40 days for life, was arrested in 2021 for his actions outside a Planned Parenthood clinic, which according to prosecutors violated the so -called freedom or access to the Law of Clinical Tickets, or FACE Law.

It was acquired by a jury of Philadelphia, but could have faced up to eleven years in prison if it is declared guilty.

Both his high profile at home and legal prison judgment that he could have faced if he was convicted, caused the outrage of the pro-life groups, including 40 days for life, where Houck has been offered as a volunteer since 2007.

In 2023, after the breach of Houck, 40 days for life joined Houck to sue the Department of Justice for the order of order, accusing the personnel of the law or conduct a “investigation of failures” against him and accuse the application of Hee Family’s law. Excess.

Carney has intervened on the subject before, saying that in a publication about X this year 40 days for life was “constantly attacked by the Department of Justice Biden.”

“With 1,000,000 peaceful volunteers, we will always fight for freedom of expression for the pro-life and pro abortions.
