Barcelona extends its advantage at the top of the League seven points with the late return at home.
LaLiga Barcelona leaders have fought 3-1 down to overcome Celta Vigo 4-3 in a roller mountain match as a Penalization for Parada by Raphinha extends their leadership over Real Madrid at the top of the table to seven points.
With the score tied 3-3 after Borja Iglesias de Celta scored a hat-trick, Saturday’s game in Barcelona seemed to go to a draw when Dani Olmo won a penalty that added time and added Raphinha.
The result presses the pressure on Real Madrid, who placed Athletic Bilbao on Sunday. Celta Vigo is seventh with 43 points.
“This is football. We wanted to win this game, but we always keep it at our best,” Barça’s substitute and scorer Dani Olmo told Dazn. “But the team reached the end, and the crowd pushed us to the right until the end.
“They are three points towards our goal, but we have to move on.”
Barcelona took the lead when Ferran Torres lifted the ball in the center of the field and found space to dribble towards the goal, pulling the trigger from the edge of the box to overcome goalkeeper Vicente Guaita for his tenth goal of the season.
But Celta responded immediately when Pablo Duran put an excellent cross of the wing, and when Wojciech Szczesny ran out of his line to pick up the ball, the Polish goalkeeper lost to give Iglesias a touch on an empty network.
Barça fell seven minutes in the second half when Frenkie de Jong made an error and a long ball was completely lost, allowing Iglesias to run and defeat Szczesny to grab his second goal.
Hat-trick churches for Celta Vigo
When Barça advanced to find an equalizer, an authorization from Celta found Iglesias again, and capitalized the height of the local team to run in the finish line and beat Szczesny for the third time to claim hat-trick.
A stunned Barcelona tried to recover quickly, and obtained one in the 64th minute when Robert Lewandowski and Raphinha combined to find Olmo, who scored five minutes after arriving as a substitute.

“We should feel very proud of ours, coming here and showing many charter, playing our football. For much of the game, we were better than them, but we went with a bad feeling for the result.”
