Three area records, ten national records and 48 best things broke in the Tokyo Asics speed race
The Tokyo World Championship may still be four months away that athletes have already established a large number of records in the Japanese capital this season.
Almost a National Records boxes were established on weekends Asics Tokyo Speed Race (May 3), organized adjacent to the Olympic Stadium to mark the launch of Asics’
Asic athletes from all over the world joined the event to run or help launch the new shoes, as well as support their companions athletes.
Nadia Battocletti of Italy established a European 5 km 5 km record of 14:32, Isobel Batt-Doyle secured a 10 km record of oceanic women with 30:44 and Simbassa Abbabiya shaved 16 incredible seconds of 1985.

Caroline Nyaga de Kenia established a better 14:19 personal brand to win the 5 km female race, while Harbert Kibet from Uganda won the victory in the male event with 13:00. Kibet’s compatriot, Joy Chettoyok, occupied first place in the 10 km of women with 30:22 and Jemal Yimer of Ethiopia exceeded the podium in the 10 km of men with 27:10.
Jon Ridgeon, CEO of World Athletics, said: “Tokyo’s speed career was an exciting event in which the athletes of all levels joined to boost their speed limits. Our association that ends with Asics stands out again that the ratization of classified who realized that the sport cultivated the sport.
