At this time, it is a truth that many women know well: sex not only has the potential to be tremendously pleasant, but also support or our well -being. But what about the effects of No Have sex? We know less about that: why is it why we are immersing deeply that question today? For all fantastic stories about how to participate regularly in sex can cortisol levels, improve sleep, reduce pain and improve immunity, occasionally I wonder about a rest in regularity, also known as a dry gesture. “I recently found an article that details what happens to your…

I will never forget the year in which my husband and I live in a house with a minimum natural light. We were in a temporary life situation and the house was located in the middle of trees that blocked the sun. The main areas of life were almost always thrown in the shadows, and we always had to be careful with the ice while we read the house in the winter. There is no sun in the front for a touch of ice more time to melt, so we walk cautiously around frozen concrete patches until well in March.…

As a woman today, doing things alone in public, whether drinking coffee, going to the movies or enjoying a solo dinner, the options are a cultural stigma. It may seem that you have to fear loneliness or turn it into a bold independence statement. There is vulnerability and judgment at both ends of that spectrum. A few years ago, when I found Myelf living only for the first time, these social stories left me feeling not only isolated but also isolated in my experience. What did not realize at that time was how transformative this chapter would be. Living only…

But with our Malibu renewal in full peak, I am trying to keep my approach (and my budget) in small strategic changes: I am approaching them as “micro” updates instead of a complete review. Our living room had been living with the same furniture, the same back and the same shelf style since our last update in 2021. He was…

The only dessert that I always return to the duration of the warmer months is this strawberry and cream pave. Light like a cloud and covered with a cascade of berries: it is a recipe that never stops impressing, but could not be easier to do. It is the dessert that I love to bring to the table at the end of a dinner, and never Fail when I am a volunteer to bring a friend dessert. Just trust me and try it, you will be obsessed. What is a Pavlova? This dessert is that light of light as air.…

As an introverted self -proclaimed, I am the first to recognize how new friends can be to make new friends. Although I also consider myself one of the lucky ones, with a handful of trips or deaths, whom I could call at 3 in the morning, no questions have been asked, since since then I lived in the same state as any issue. There is a different dynamic between the friendships that fill their cup after a voice note of ten minutes and those in person, building community and seeing every day. And it is that last category that feels…

What began as a mission of cleaning and reorganization of the closet became a reflexive evaluation of everything I have, and what holes should be filled. With a limited storage space, it was clear that each piece I buy needed to be multiple, functional and a true output of ten of the first. Working fashionable, it can also be a…

Located next to the sprawling compound the Amazon founder purchased in 2020 for an eye-watering $165 million, this 9,795-square-foot contemporary was…

Oct 31 (Reuters) – A U.S. judge on Thursday said he will approve $110 million in settlements with Compass, Redfin, At World Properties and six other brokerages accused of conspiring to keep residential home sale commission rates artificially high. U.S. District Judge Stephen Bough in Missouri overruled a wave of objections to the settlements at a court hearing. A wave of lawsuits accused major U.S. brokers of violating antitrust law by requiring sellers to pay a commission to a buyer’s agent in order to list their homes for sale. The plaintiffs contend brokerages schemed to keep commissions high. Compass, At…

Sales of existing homes in the US fell last year to the lowest level in almost three decades, as sky-high home prices and elevated mortgage rates squeezed home buyers. Sales of previously owned homes, which make up the vast majority of the market, totaled 4.06 million in 2024, the National Association of Realtors said Friday. That’s the lowest level since 1995 and slightly below 2023’s similarly anemic levels. The average rate on a conventional, 30-year fixed mortgage reached a peak of 7.22% last year. After briefly slipping to nearly 6%, it has ratcheted up in recent weeks, reaching 7.04% last week and…
