The Andhra Pradesh cabinet on Tuesday approved a proposal to issue an ordinance established by the subcategorization to the scheduled castes (SC).
The main objective of the Ordinance is to guarantee the holistic development of SC with equality, cord about a note issued by the state government.
The 59 castes scheduled in the state have been divided into three categories based on the population, backwardness and social equality. The first group, which comprises 12 castes, will have a percentage, and the second with 18 SC, will have reservations of 6.5 percent.
The 29 SC in the third group will receive reservations of 7.5 percent. The proposal ordinance, which is expected to be issued by the governor soon, will have the complete details of the castes in each of the groups and will be implemented in 26 districts of Andhra Pradesh.
The state government will follow a list of 200 points for the implementation of the SCS subcategorization.
Small mineral policy
The Cabinet, chaired by Prime Minister N Chandababu Naidu, also approved the Small Minerals policy of Andhra Pradesh 2025, a proposal to convert the Andhra Pradesh mineral development corporation into a public company cabinet the last month of Bey Giver given given given given public bonds by APMDC.
Other decisions of the Cabinet included the acquisition to assign 21.16 acres of land in the area of ID Hill 3 in Visakhapatnam so that TCS establish a campus with RS 1370 million employment to 12,000 and empowering the works of Apdabeav for it.
