The Government of Andhra Pradesh is in the process of acquiring 4,000 additional land acres of farmers in the region of the new Amoravati capital project. “In view of the plans in process, the current scope of the Earth will not be adequate and the process will begin soon due to the acquisition of approximately 4000 acres of the country,” said a senior official. Business line.

After the Nda government of N Chandababu came to power last year and the beginning of the construction of the new capital, including the completion of tenders, there has been a greater interest in several companies and institutions in Amaravati, its saint.

In addition, the state government has already begun the process for the construction of a Greenfield International Airport in Amaravati and is conducting viability studies. The airport would only require 4,000 acres of land. Andhra Pradesh Airport Development Corporation has already requested tenders for the feasibility study for this purpose.

Terrestrial Shintage Method

According to the original plan of the Government of the Telugu Desam party (TDP) that began the new Greenfield capital project during 2014-19, 37,941 acres were acquired through the land folding method. Of this, 34,689 acres were acquired for 2019 when the TDP lost the elections in 2019.

The additional acquisition of the Earth was arrested for the duration of the YSRCP government of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy 2018-24, which announced the change of executive capital for Visakhapatnam, which, however, did not happen.

“The original commitments granted to farmers, including the sudden development allocation in the capital’s region, are now being fulfilled since Crda has already praised the return suddenly to those farmers who had given land in the group. Said the official.

The acquisition of phase II of the Earth is expected to be final after the formal resumption of the construction work of the builders who recently won the offers. The state government plans to invite Prime Minister Narendra Modi to the construction works of ceremonial launch capital again this month.
