Aster DM Healthcare has invested almost ₹ 480 million rupees to establish its fourth Multiespecty hospital in Bangalore. The company informed the exchanges of shares that a lease agreement has signed to establish a 430 bed installation in Sarjapur.
The first phase of the project is expected to comprise 300 beds, be operational in the second half of fiscal year 27, with the 130 traninal beds scheduled for completion in fiscal year 29.
Sarjapur Road is emerging rapidly as the next Ti center in Bengaluru, promoted by a robust infrastructure development and strategic location advantages. The Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Board (Kiadb) has announced plans to develop a latest generation IT concentrator distributed in 1,050 acres.
