Ather Energy Opo: The initial public offer of the two -wheeled electric manufacturer will open for the tender on April 28. The three -day public broadcast will conclude 30, with the aim of raising RS 2,626 million rupees to obtain a list in exchanges, NSE and BSE. This will be the second two -wheeled company that seeks to make public after Ola Electric Mobility floated its IPO of RS 6,145 million rupees in August last year.

Ather Opi size
It is estimated that Aether Energy’s OPI is worth approximately 2,981 million rupees, which includes a new issuance of a sum of RS 2,626 million rupees and a sofer for sale (OFS) or 1.1 million capital shares, according to Tecppectus. This marks a 15 percent cut in the new emission and a 50 percent reduction in the amount of shares offered under the originally planned ofs.
IPO ATher Price Band and Important Dates
-The company has set a price band from RS 304 to RS 321 per piece.
-In the upper end of the price band, the size of the opi is set at RS 2,981 million rupees, placing the company’s general valuation at RS 11,956 million rupees.
– The offer for anchor investors will open one day on April 25, the company announced. This will be the first public plaque theme of the current financial year (2025-26).
-The two -wheeled company has reserved 75 percent of the problem for qualified institutional buyers, 15 percent for non -institutional investors and the remaining 10 percent for retail investors.
– Ather intends to raise funds for the establishment of a two -wheeled electric factory in Maharashtra and for debt reduction.
– Separate from his OPI plans, Ather Energy has also expanded its research and development capabilities. Recently, the company announced the expansion of its R&D capabilities and tests at its product testing and validation center.
