Italian super luxury car manufacturer Automobili Lamborghini said Monday that he appointed Nidhi Kaistha as head of Indian Lamborghini, as of April 1.

In its new role, Kaistha will supervise sales, marketing and operations after sale in India, the sixth largest market in the Asia and Pacific region, said the company.

He has about 25 years of experience in hospitality, aviation and automotive industries, and provides extensive experience and leadership to his new position, he said.

More recently, Kaistha played a fundamental role in the contribution of growth and success of Porsche India as regional sales manager and used cars, the company said.

“Kaistha brings a great experience in the automotive industry, and we are sure that his strategic vision will boost a greater growth in India. India continues to be a market with an immense growth potential for Lamborghini, and we look at Irione de Irione of the Francesco Scardaoni region, director of the Automborghini region of Fuerte.

Expand the footprint

Currently, Lamborghini operates through three concessionaires ships in Mumbai, Delhi and Bengaluru, which serves a growing community of enthusiasts and customers.

The brand continues to explore opportunities to expand its footprint in the region and further raise the customer experience, the company added.
