BHEL posts 19% revenue growth to ₹27,350 crore in FY25

The state firm of Engineering Bhel on Sunday registered a growth in revenue in the year of 19 percent to ₹ 27,350 million rupees for fiscal year 2024-25.

The company also obtained its longer duration of orders in the year, for a value of ₹ 92,534 million rupees, said a company statement.

With this, Bhel’s total order book at the end of fiscal year 2024–25 was ₹ 1,95,922 million rupees, he said.

According to the statement, Bharat Heavy Electrics LTD (BHEL) registered an income of ₹ 27,350 million rupees (provisional and non -audited) for fiscal year 2024–25, marking a robust growth of around 19 percent compared to the previous year.

The company declared that in the electricity sector, Bhel maintained its leadership by gaining orders worth ₹ 81,349 million rupees.

The industrial segment registered new orders worth $ 11,185 million, which reflects the diversified presence of the company in sectors, such as transport, defense, process industries and industrial equipment, he said.

In the Execution Front, Bhel commissioned/synchronized 8.1 GW of thermal energy capacity, demonstrating its continuous approach to the delivery of the project and operational efficiency.

With two -digit income growth, a record book and a healthy execution pipe, Bhel entered fiscal year 2025–26 with a strong impulse, he said.

The company remains committed to offering high impact infrastructure, promoting indigenization and improving the value of interested parties.
