Coal India ARM SECL on Friday said it has entered a pact of ₹ 7.040-CROR with TMC mineral resources to undertake a large-scale coal production using anterior filling technology.
Filling is a modern underground mining method that eliminates the need to acquire superficial land. The Singhali underground mine was approved in 1989 for a production capacity of 0.24 million tons per year and praised operations in 1993. Currently, the mine has 8.45 million tons or removable reserves of coal that is not coal. It was developed using the table and pillars method, using load transport refunds and universal drilling machines for underground operations.
