Cognizant arguments

According to the presentation of the court seen by Business lineCognizant said Infosys’ claims do not pass the “merely conceivable” kingdom and asked to be fired. “The Court must dismiss Infosys’ convention for not declaring a claim,” Cognizant argued.

Cognizant said Infosys could not identify which other products are part of the supposed “competitive” markets. In this way, Cognizant said Infosys has not been able to claim that “Cognizant has monopoly power in any alleged market.”

Cognizant said that, although Infosys argues that Cognizant reduced production by not making improvements in its software and limiting the access of other companies to their patented information, “Infosys never claim to connect these actions with reduced production.

Cognizant also argued that Infosys is based on “conclusive accusations” that the IT service market for payers is specialized and represented by “few companies” as conscious and infosys, and that payers do not see generalized Ithydyeds.

The contrademanda claimed that the non -dissemination and access agreement and the provisions of more favored suppliers delayed the development of Infosys Helix. This is in violation of sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Law, as well as the Antimonopoolio Law of the Free Enterprise of Texas, says the contrademanda presented in the United States District Court for the Northern District of the Dallas de Texas Division, said the presentation.

Cognizant’s anti -petite scheme to stop the launch of Infosys Helix included the leading recruitment of senior key executives responsible for Infosys Helix, including Cognizant’s CEO, s Ravi Kumar (intentional, what is in the back Infossys and who and who and who and who and who and who Infossys and who and who and who infossy and who infosize and who and who and who infossys infosys and who Infosys and Who Infosys and Who Infosys and Who Infosys and Who Infosys and Who Infosys and Who Infosys and Who Infosys and Who Infosys and Who Infosys and Who Infosys and Who Infosys and Who Infosys and Infosys and Who Infosys and Who Infossy’s Infosys.
