DGCPAC, one of the main platforms for the supply of packaging materials in the country, plans to provide packaging materials to rent and launch a service installation (Easter) soon, said its founder and executive director (CEO), Suresh Bansal. The company is also helping farmers to create their own packages and brands.
“DGCPAC IS ENRENS 3.0 JOURNEY, TARGESTING TO GROW 10X FROM ITS CURRENS LOT OF LOT OF CUSTOMS IN A LOT OF LOT OF LOTS IN A LOT OF LOTS IN A LOT OF LOT OR LENTI IN A LOT OF SET OR LENET IN A LOT OF SET O Bansal a Business line In an online interaction.

DGCPAC, which supplies containers to about 2 Lakh restaurants in the country, is starting a new unit where customers are offered to “rent a package.” Customers can rent containers that can be reused. “On a basis of sustainability, you follow three RS: despair, reuse and recycle. We are focusing on the sustainability objectives for us and our corporate customs,” he said.
Use of the ONDC platform
For example, palettes and trays are articles that can be reused, as well as cars created with special. The client can execute it from the company and reuse it.
In Easter facilities, he said that customers can buy a product of the company and make the payment, including service charges, each month. “They do not need to invest in capital. This is mainly for long -term reusable articles. It can be for equipment or can be for assets. However, it is not for consumables,” said the company’s founder and CEO.
DGCPAC helps farmers create their packaging and brand. This can help them compete with the best and direct arrival consumers when selling on the ONDC platform. “I am very excited about this concept, and we support them training the partners on how to make the packaging. We have hero seval training sessions with FPO thesis throughout the country with the help of the Ministry of Agriculture,” he said.
The company thesis prices of small competitive packages for farmers. “We have maintained our low margins so that farmers obtain the most competitive prices for these products,” Bansal said.
Provide options
Farmers get options such as compostable bags, windows and bags, bottles and autoclovable jute bags. In the case of an agricultural company that produces perfumed rice, the company even designed a small colorful box for 1 kg or 2 kg. It could be endowed.
The company is now working to bring containers that coincide with US and European standards. “We are going to introduce a set of packaging products that are for the international market, particularly for the high range. So, for example, when it exports an expensive agricultural product, it needs a special packaging and will coincide with international standards,” Bansal said.
The company runs online packaging products on several platforms such as Shopsy and DTDC and is also present in ONDC, in association with the Ministry of Agriculture, to help provide agricultural containers. Even for vendors on electronic commerce websites such as Amazon or Flipkart, the company sacrifices packaging solutions.
Dubai subsidiary
“We standardize the packaging for agricultural products sold by the organizations of farmers producers (FPO). These FPO bring their production on the ONDC platform, where DGCPAC standardizes the packaging of fruits, cereals, spices, dry fruits, Ghee, he said.
DGCPAC opened his subsidiary in Dubai a year and a half ago, and is growing big. Bansal said the company wants to be an exporter of sustainable containers from India. “We are happy with the reception we have. We are the only company that offers such solutions by supporting local manufacturers,” said the company’s founder and CEO.
DGCPack has registered a subsidiary in the United Kingdom in March. “We will do this operational this quarter and it is our first step to start our European trip,” he said.
Embark on the trip
The company was created in 2005, with his wife Seema taking care of him. In 2019, Suresh Bansal got into full -time DCGPAC and raised its first seed money from Haldirams, Zazil and Friends of Saudi Arabia to establish the technological platform, compliance centers and offices. Then he begged to sell are his solutions.
DGCPAC raised its second round of seed funds in April 2022, with nine unicorns and risk capital companies participating. “The company has grown at an annual compound rate of 55 percent in the last five years,” he said.
The company has a set of compliance centers where it offers selected containers and authorized brand packaging solutions. Once a customer discovers the products of his online store, he even sends small amounts of 25, 50 or 100 pieces the same night. If the order is urgent, the customer can pick it up from the center. DGCPAC helps companies that appear in e -commerce sites or fast service restaurants to standardize packaging and brand. It supplies the packaging materials through its “dark stores.”
Bansal described his company as a “packaging orchestrator” that offers client solutions combining technology, supply chain and packaging domain.
In the last 20 years, the packaging has undergone massive changes, and the difference is now the design, colors and brand. “There is also awareness about sustainability. The packaging has become intelligent with QR codes,” he said.
