“The Billing of Kolkata IT/ITES Sez that is proposed to be sold for fiscal year 2023-24 was around ₹ 86.26 million rupees (namely, ~ 2.11 percent of the company),” he added.
The real estate specialty in November last year said that one of its subsidiaries had signed a definitive agreement to sell its business project Kolkata Tech Park 1 to RDB Primarc Techno Park (an affiliate of Primarc and RDB groups) in a sale of depression for a consideration of around ₹ 637 Crore.
Kolkata Tech Park 1 is one of the largest parks of the east of India.
