Leader of the opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi, his mother and the deputy of Rajya Sabha, Sonia Gandhi, the leader of the Sam Pitroda party and others were cushioned by the smell by the application of the law for alleged money laundering in the national case of Herald.

They add Dubey, a journalist turned into Gandhi Leal and member of the administrator and member of the Executive Committee of the Rajiv Gandhi Foundation, he also appears as accused in the charges.

For the first time, Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi have been loaded in one case.

The special judge Vishal Gogne registered the case for April 25 after examining the charges filed in its court on April 6, for taking their knowledge.

“This complaint complaint will be considered below to consider the aspect of knowledge before this court on April 25, 2025 when the special advisor for the ED and the IIO will also guarantee the production of the newspapers of the case for reading by the court,” Judge Gogne said.

The charges was presented under sections 3 (money laundering) and 4 (money laundering punishment) of the money laundering prevention law by the ED Special Public Prosecutor, NK Matta.

“Let the complaint be verified and recorded. The Ahlmad (Court Personnel) will ensure that the entire file/documents is pagin correctly. The ED is aimed at presenting a soft copy of the entry between and documents in legible/ocr format for the next date”, the judge.

The special judge also pointed out the statement of Ed that he would move a request before the district judge for the transfer of the main national case related to the crime of predicate, being proven by the ICC for alleged deception, his court cuts the court.

The ED launched a money laundering investigation on the signed ICC registered to investigate the National Herald case. The predicate crime must be tried by the same court that takes the knowledge of the crime under section 3 of the PMLA, Gogne said.

The agencies were put into action to investigate the case of the National Herald after the leader and lawyer of BJP Subramanian Swamy filed a complaint in 2014, claiming that Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and other leaders of the Senior Tok or Associed Journalh Realh Congress are worth the penalty to exceed 2,000 million rupees.

AJL is the editor of the National Herald News platform (newspaper and web portal), owned by Young Indian Private Limited.

“Essentially, the two crimes, namely, the crime of predicate and the crime of PMLA must be tried by the same court,” said the judge.

Since the accusations in this complaint arose from the crime of predicate, the files of the matter were required to be called to the reading, the court added.

“However, the assignment or transfer power of an issue is not granted with this court and is rather the prerogative of the main judge of the district and the sessions, the complex of the Rouse Avenue courts, New Delhi,” said the court.

“The filming of charges against Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and others is nothing more than Vendetta policy and intimidation by the Prime Minister and Interior Minister became completely mocking,”

“Taking advantage of the National Herald assets is a crime sponsored by the State that is understood as the rule of law,” Ramesh said.

He also said that Congress and his leadership would not be silenced and the truth will prevail.
